Yoga Alliance is the largest organization in the world for yoga teachers, and it's an important part of our certification that we offer certification through them. But that's not all! We'll also teach you how to incorporate modern healing modalities like reiki into your practice. This way, once you graduate from our program, you'll be able to help others start on their journey toward health and wellness too!

Welcome to the school you wish you went to as a child, dreamt you went to as a teenager, and are now going to go to as an adult. Soul school is designed with a holistic approach, formulated by experts in the field of yogic studies, energy healing and herbalism. The course creators have been practicing and living the art of holistic health and alternative medicine for the last decade and now feel called to share those teachings with you.

These ladies have built such an incredible community and it has been a privilege to be included in this chapter. Soul School Retreats: These transformational containers have a more laid back schedule, a time to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul. Classes and workshops aren’t mandatory. No certifications are awarded.
Soul School Trainings: These containers will have you engaged in the classroom for up to 12 hours a day, 5/6 days a week. Complete dedication is required. All classes and workshops are mandatory. Certifications are awarded upon completion.

“Your body is your business” and with the deep knowledge that she has acquired in anatomy, movement/mobility, nutrition, meditation and holistic psychology, her approach is all-encompassing and guarantees results. This style of teaching will ensure you don’t end up a copycat just playing a game of Simon says. Janelle’s style of coaching will keep you grounded in the physical while encouraging and helping you to develop your spiritual gifts. It is her mission to facilitate experiences that empower women to embrace and embody the wild woman within themselves. It is through this self discovery, and stepping into our power, that we can begin to heal ourselves, and in turn, the world around us. She has studied and practiced under various teachers and mentors, Eastern and Western, from energy healers, yoga masters, and Buddhist meditators, to herbal witches, permaculture farmers, jungle botanists, and plant allies. She brings together these various teachings and modalities to offer an approach to healing that is deeply intuitive and clinically supported.

She helps high achieving women reconnect with their sexuality and thrive in relationships. She is 3x certified in the VITA Coaching method with specialties in Female Sexuality and Conscious Dating. She continues to advance her training to include Taoist healing methods, dance, and couples work om her offerings
Her professional career also includes 12 years as a mental health clinician with experience in trauma and psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelors of Science, Double Major in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University and a Masters of Science from the University of Toronto. Her mental health studies have included training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and integration. Also a certified Meditation Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer, Gina curates experiences that bring individuals and groups towards deep healing and expansion. Her passion is to co-create a transformative healing journey that connects you to your body’s wisdom, opens your heart and guides you back home to yourself.
