  Biohacking with hot and cold exposure can be highly beneficial when preparing to sit in an ayahuasca ceremony. Alternating between hot and cold exposure strengthens the body’s stress response, enhances circulation, and promotes mental clarity, making it an excellent biohacking tool to prepare for an ayahuasca ceremony. This practice helps build resilience and grounding, supporting participants in navigating the intensity of the experience with greater ease.

Gina is a certified Sex & Relationship Coach specializing in embodied intimacy through a somatic and Tantric lens. She helps high achieving women reconnect with their sexuality and thrive in relationships. She is 3x certified in the VITA Coaching method with specialties in Female Sexuality and Conscious Dating. She continues to advance her training to include Taoist healing methods, dance, and couples work om her offerings
Her professional career also includes 12 years as a mental health clinician with experience in trauma and psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelors of Science, Double Major in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University and a Masters of Science from the University of Toronto. Her mental health studies have included training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and integration. Also a certified Meditation Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer, Gina curates experiences that bring individuals and groups towards deep healing and expansion. Her passion is to co-create a transformative healing journey that connects you to your body’s wisdom, opens your heart and guides you back home to yourself.

Janelle’s style of coaching will keep you grounded in the physical while encouraging and helping you to develop your spiritual gifts. Learn hands on techniques on how to fully connect with source and access your power within. Using sound as a vehicle to amplify this connection, Janelle uses Crystal sound bowls.

Jia is a women’s embodiment mentor, trauma informed Yoga teacher, Astrologer, dancer, Reiki master, Tao hands practitioner and retreat facilitator. She has studied somatic trauma therapy, intergenerational trauma therapy, ancestral healing modalities, dance, movement therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga and the feminine arts.
Jia has travelled to 12+ countries and counting and loves to spend her time in the heart of a jungle, desert, mountain range, ocean, or waterfall. She believes in the potent, powerful, healing feminine energy of Mother Earth & how our connection to the earth is the key for us connecting back to our bodies and healing individually and as a collective.
Jia loves to create and guide deeply transformational experiences. She is passionate about assisting women in connecting back to the organic feminine and reclaiming radiance, confidence and inner power. When working with Jia you can expect to discover what lies beyond the surface.

This style of coaching will ensure you don’t end up a copy cat just playing a game of Simon says. For centuries, Ayahuasca has been a conduit for connecting with the energy of Mother Gaia. It takes you on a journey beyond your body, helping you heal past and present wounds, embrace your higher truths, and encounter the divine in a way that is uniquely meaningful to you.

Ayahuasca plays a crucial role in the detoxification process of our retreat, helping to cleanse your body of toxins that inhibit your connection with your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to emerge renewed.
The dieta is a crucial aspect of the ayahuasca experience, involving dietary restrictions and lifestyle choices that prepare the mind and body for the medicine. Participants typically avoid certain foods, alcohol, and stimulants to enhance the effects of ayahuasca, promote deeper insights, and facilitate healing. This intentional preparation fosters a sacred space for transformation and connection during the ceremony.
You will receive deep guidance from our local Peruvian Shamans during this transformative experience. The group ceremony will be held in a tranquil mountain shala after sunset, offering stunning views of the Sacred Valley and a starry night sky, with convenient nearby bathrooms and showers. The shala is thoughtfully equipped to ensure your comfort throughout the ceremony.
This transformational and detoxifying yoga retreat is led by the Soul School Team. The medicine ceremony will be facilitated by Koosh, a cherished friend of the team and a local Peruvian Shaman with over 45 years of experience in spiritual practice and plant medicine ceremonies. His grounded, approachable demeanor is enhanced by his lightheartedness, wisdom, and warmth. His wife, a powerful medium and healer, will also be present during the ceremony. Koosh comes from the Shipibo Tribe, the third largest indigenous group in the Peruvian Amazon.
