Doing my yoga teacher training with Soul School at the beautiful Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico was such an unforgettable experience. After completing the program, my first yoga teacher training, I have the confidence to design and teach my own classes in asana, breathwork and meditation. The classes were creative, engaging and fun to participate in. The container they created was such a loving and safe space for me to experience personal growth and to really connect with myself and build my personal practice and teaching skills.
I started my journey with Soul School in Peru at their SACRED retreat and it was so transformative that I decided to do their YTT without much experience in yoga. I had a feeling that this would be a great opportunity to continue on my path of healing/self discovery and it totally exceeded my expectations. Soul School attracts the most beautiful souls and provides the most loving container for doing this type of work. Learning the true meaning of yoga has helped me come to terms with a lot of parts of my life that led me astray and I finally feel like I am on the right path. Soul school, I cannot thank you enough for helping me to do this work. My perspective on life has completely shifted since the start of this journey 6 months ago.

The days my husband and I spent with Soul School in the gorgeous sacred valley, Peru were some of the most nourishing and inspiring of our two month trip in South America.
The beautifully balanced schedule of yoga, meditation, sound baths and bio hacking, mixed in with an excellent workshop on Embodying Freedom, the best reiki massage I’ve ever experienced and delicious, healthy food, made for a well rounded and enriching experience!
In the addition to the personal growth and peace I felt, it was heartwarming to see how the group embraced my husband, welcomed his thoughts and truly made him feel fulfilled and at peace in an environment that was new to him!

These ladies have built such an incredible community and it has been a privilege to be included in this chapter.
